Benjamin Cutchshaw is a partner in the commercial litigation practice of Wilson Keadjian Browndorf, LLP and is based in the firm’s Irvine office. He is a veteran litigator and advises clients on all aspects of complex business litigation matters from pre-suit negotiations through trial. His background also includes serving as in-house counsel for technology startups where he managed litigation, corporate, intellectual property, and employment matters.
Prior to joining Wilson Keadjian Browndorf, Mr. Cutchshaw was with Paul Hastings, LLP and a boutique firm specializing in financial-services litigation. Mr. Cutchshaw is also an alumnus of the Trial Attorney Partnership program with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as a deputy district attorney. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School. Prior to law school, Mr. Cutchshaw was a technology specialist for a global telecommunications company and served as a consultant for technology startups. He is a member of the California Bar.
